Shannin L. Pettigrew

Combining her versatile experience in marketing, communications, and technical writing, Shannin Pettigrew has made a seamless transition into the financial world at Grant Street Asset Management. Her skill in articulating complex information across diverse audiences has been an asset to GSAM's commitment to clear client communication and service excellence.

In her role as Client Services Administrator, Shannin offers behind-the-scenes support to wealth advisors, producing essential client communications and reporting documents. Her proficiency in CRM software ensures that every client interaction is recorded with detail and accuracy, helping to facilitate smooth operations and team coordination. Moreover, her ability to navigate through various portfolio management systems plays a critical role in gathering data to support both advisors and clients.

Shannin's voice is often the first contact for those reaching out to GSAM, whether directing calls to the appropriate team member or welcoming guests in person with a smile. "Each interaction is an opportunity to offer a warm greeting, to get to know someone better, or to simply listen with understanding”, she adds.

Shannin is a graduate of Penn State University where early on she learned the spirit of community service.  Over the years, she has headed up fundraising initiatives for organizations such as the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Washington Humane League, American Diabetes Association, and Vitalant Blood Bank.  Shannin explains that giving back and volunteering are a very natural extension of her life.

Outside of GSAM, Shannin lives in Canonsburg with her husband, two children, and their beloved dogs.  In her spare time, aside from spending time with her family, she enjoys leading an active lifestyle and going to concerts, the theater, and local festivals throughout the seasons.
